Dr. Blackmon earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the esteemed Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee in 1983.  Upon completion of his doctorate degree, Dr. Blackmon answered the call to serve his country, and did so with distinction, as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force.  As an Air Force Major, Dr. Blackmon’s unwavering commitment to excellence served him well as he provided the highest quality dental care throughout the world to our nation’s best and brightest.  With the unparalleled specialization training he received as a member of the United States Air Force Dental Corps, he played a vital role in ensuring mission readiness for the finest military on earth.

 

Upon his separation from the Unites States Air Force in 1993, Dr. Blackmon practiced with many associates from Los Angeles to Palm Springs and ultimately established his private practice in Moreno Valley in 1999.
